1. Favorite non-dairy milk?
I don't use that much nondairy milk, but organic vanilla almond milk!
2. What are the top 3 dishes/recipes you are planning to cook?
Heart shaped apple galettes, mac and cheese with Daiya and stuffed bell peppers. Yummy.
3. Topping of choice for popcorn?
Earth Balance, nutritional yeast, garlic/onion powder. I don't like popcorn all too much though.
4. Most disastrous recipe/meal failure?
I actually haven't had that many disasters... or they were so bad that I blocked them out.
5. Favorite pickled item?
Pickled mangoes and pickles. I love vinegar sooooo...
6. How do you organize your recipes?
Either on the computer or in books. Most of my own recipes stay in my head, though.
7. Compost, trash, or garbage disposal?
Compost and recycling. I <3 compost.
8. If you were stranded on an island and could only bring 3 foods... what would they be (don’t worry about how you’ll cook them)?
Lasanga, salads of all kinds and apple pie. This is based on what I want to eat right now, though.
9. Fondest food memory from your childhood?
Bagels and lox. Cakes my Vovi would make. Ice cream at TCBY with my Vôvô.
10. Favorite vegan ice cream?
Vanilla Tempt. Best ice cream, ever. Vanilla ice cream was my favorite in pregan days and I haven't been happy with most soy/rice/whatever vanilla ice creams, they always had some weird flavor but Tempt has actual vanilla bean in it and it's PURRRRFECT.
11. Most loved kitchen appliance?
Oven, probably. I love baking and roasting.
12. Spice/herb you would die without?
Garlic, tumeric, cumin, onion, chives, oregano, thyme, rosemary, all of them really.
13. Cookbook you have owned for the longest time?
Vegan with a Vengeance. I recommend this to anyone going vegan.
14. Favorite flavor of jam/jelly?
Apricot or raspberry. I love jam :|
15. Favorite vegan recipe to serve to an omni friend?
...I don't have many omni friends...
16. Seitan, tofu, or tempeh?
In order of preference: tempeh, tofu, seitan. I used to hate seitan until just recently.
17. Favorite meal to cook (or time of day to cook)?
I love desserts really late at night.
18. What is sitting on top of your refrigerator?
There's cabinets about that.
19. Name 3 items in your freezer without looking.
Lots of butternut squash ravioli, Tempt and frozen organic veggies!
20. What’s on your grocery list?
I went grocery shopping today. I got spinach, Daiya, tomatoes, yogurt, hummus, gaucamole, baked tofu, tofu veggie burgers, zucchini and two gallons of aloe vera juice.
21. Favorite grocery store?
Whole Foods or Mother's. Mother's is a local health food store :)
22. Name a recipe you’d love to veganize, but haven’t yet.
Snickers cheesecake! I'm going to make it for myself on my birthday with Jokerz (vegan Snickers bars!!!)

I lurk Tastespotting a lot.
24. Favorite vegan candy/chocolate?
Twilight bars. They're vegan milky ways! YUM.
25. Most extravagant food item purchased lately?
Ummmmmm. I have no answer for this.
