I'm sorry...I hope you aren't too shaken up over this. It was bothering me for a while, but then I just kinda realized I wasn't that close to these people. I know that on the other hand, you are.

I know the people who aren't leaving can't make up for the people who are, obviously...but it's a good way to start.

Hey Hun, I know it is really sad to see them all go. It has been so hard on me too. I know I don't show it at their houses but when I think of them I get really upset. Just know that they are happy or if they are not (Like I was) they can always come home. You are a wonderful person and even though you are not able to leave to go to college you will make lots of new friends here. You can call me anytime since I am very close by. I love you. Smile since you never know you is falling in love with you!! Also a quote from one of my friends who died this past winter. Smile the most when you have nothing to smile about. She was a very smart girl. I know you would have loved her if you got to meet her.
