Yet again, you produce a work that I find myself hanging on to the very end, waiting to see what will happen next! Poor Bentley... sounds like he's got a bit of a schizophrenic problem going on. You are very good at the 'in the head' conversations; challenge: take the conversation outside the head.
Also, although I enjoyed the ending, I'm not sure that I truly understood what the real situation was. Is he really a quadraplegic? Is he blaming the voice in his head? Is he being drugged and the voice is really that of his captor/experimentor? Is he a memeber of a mind-control experiement, whether willing or unwilling? Might want to consider putting in a few more salient details so that the reader understands better the 'reality' of the situation.
Regardless, I did like it and continue to be ecstatic that you write! October's comin' and aren't we going to have blast!

You're right, I'll have to work on outside-the-head conversations.
As for Bentley - he's not real. He's a product of the other speaker's fantasy, given enough life to fight against his predicament. In other words, yes there's an element of schizophrenia, but Bentley is one of the demons.
