hey, yeah it definitely is more fun learning something if you're not doing it just because you have to.

I'm so glad that your will-power got the best of you! You're destined to do many great things and I'm glad that you do see it stronger than before. ;>D

Heehee!

Well, if you swear at yourself again, ask yourself over what you'd want. ;>]

For instance if you didn't learn how too cook yet:
Do I want to eat or do I want to starve myself?

Yes! My thoughts exactly. I feel so much more free to learn than I used to. It's wonderful. Absolutely no limits. No grades either. hehe!

As for what I cooked that changed my mind. Well, I'd have to say it was burgers on my George Forman some years ago. Wish I could tell when I came to the realization that cooking's fun. I'd say it gradually snuck up on me. I enjoy cooking for others much more than myself. That's probably when I realized it was more fun than I thought. Especially when people like what ya cook! Guess I've always liked going all out for people, and cooking seems to be an ideal outlet for that sort of thing.

haha! I don't much like working with pork either! Although I enjoy my dad's chops on the grill. And baked every once in a while. But dat be about it. Yup, I enjoy being able to cook for others. Gives me something to do, and it's more satisfying than cooking for one's self.

I wish I could get into cooking, or at least cook well enough that I could enjoy the food I made, haha. And I never thought I'd like public speaking at all, but depending on the topic, I kind of do. Annnd, I hate diet soda. haha. I'm trying to stop soda completely.

I like researching, too. I like learning things that I'm not being forced to learn.

Hi there! Man, it's great hearing from you. How are ya? Did your finals go alright?

Oh, you're a much more courageous person than I am. haha! I've got to have some small amount of soda a day. Been drinking diet for about a year now. It's helped me trim down a bit.

Yep, that's how I am about public speaking now. I enjoy it, depending on the topic. And you really do seem like the type of person who'd love doing research. You're right. Better to learn something freely than to be forced to learn it.

Anywho, thanks for commenting! I hope all's going well with you.

Well, I know how difficult that is! Yes, I too am a relapsed nugget addict! Chick Fil-A is my absolute favorite place to eat nuggets. McDonalds is ok, but Chick Fil-A? Oh God, now that's awesome. No fish in those babies. No way.

You throw an egg at your principal! haha! Love it! You know, I could have gotten away with something like that, now that I think about it. I could have tripped mine with my cane, said,"Oh sorry sir, I honestly didn't mean to do that," then gone my merry way! So did you get in trouble for throwing eggs?

Oo yes, chick fil-a = delicious.

Oh jeez, he never found out who it was, eh? hahahaha! You're evil. But in a good way. Sounds like he deserved it. I would have thrown eggs too if he were my principal and hadn't given me any more sick days.
