That's awesome! haha, I wish my dad was into stuff like that. He's more of the American Chopper, Sons of Anarchy type of guy. Owns his own motorcycle, all that. But he's watched Transformers 07 and all that. He's open to pretty much everything I like.
And I'm glad you shared! Feel free. I guess I should post more writer's block answers publicly than I usually do. It's a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
oohh my dad's also fond of the American Chopper! :)
i was reading answers on the writer's block and i found yours. read the G. I. Joe part and felt like commenting on that because my dad likes that, too. :)
most likely we'll be watching the upcoming movie of it. :)
Yeah, I'm going to see that one too! Wouldn't miss it. It's going to be allot darker than the old cartoon was, so that interested me right away. I doubt I'll head to see it at midnight like I did when TF2: Revenge of The Fallen premiered, but then again I might. haha! i was dead on my feet the next day but it was worth it.
Aw, cool that yours likes chopper as well! Mine also enjoys the histroy channel quite a bit. Me too actually. I enjoy documentaries very much.
Man! Imagine an adult having imaginary friends! Ok, so why don't they put kids in the nut house for thinking up stuff like that? You don't see little Johny going to the padded party room whenever he says,"Hey mummy, this is my friend Gusgus. He's a giant flying toaster with the head of an ATM machine! And when he laughs, money with butter on it pops out!"
Me, I never had imaginary friends when I was a kid. I doubt they were any fun anyway.
I'm glad you liked Gusgus! He was a sort of spontaneous creation while I was writing that. But yeah, I think adults need to lighten up. People are going to end up acting like that prude of a mum from Miracle on 34th street before she came to her senses.
Oh I should answer this writers block because there are far to many childhood things I still love xD Heck, I was just watching Arthur yesterday. My neighbor stopped by to ask me a question and just looked at the TV like, "I sincerely hope you were switching channels when I came in, and weren't sitting here watching this..." HAHA.
But oh~ I completely agree. Saturday morning cartoons used to be the best thing ever. Now they don't have anything good on TV! It's so sad. My friends and I were just talking about all the great cartoons and TV shows we had when we were younger, and how we're so sad that they're off air now D: The stuff we had is way better than what they're playing on TV now .__.
Pfft. Who wants to grow up lol. I mean sure, in some ways its great to grow up, but then it comes to things you've loved since you were a kid, why should you ever throw those things away?
I looove your outlook on life! That's a question I wish more people would ask themselves. I'm glad you've held onto all those ideas and beliefs. It's very refreshing to know people like you who are comfortable with who you are.
