5. Do you need music to study/write? Nah. I can have it going on in the background without it distracting me too terribly much. If it's orchestral, I can listen to it with no problems. But for some reason, music with lyrics distracts me a little, and it's a little more difficult to come up with the correct vocabulary words I'm looking for to

Hi, I know what you mean about music, with me, it depends what i'm writing, if I'm just messing about on the internet or writing in lj, then I might have it on, but have never really had it on to study, and could also only listen to instrumental music for that. I think if I was studying something and had music with lyrics in it, I'd start singing along to what I was listening to rather than concentrating on what I was meant to be doing.

haha! Yep, I know the feeling. If I'm trying to write an episode review or work on a short story, I gotta have silence, but if I'm writing in my LJ I don't mind music at all. It doesn't help me study any better. haha! I know some people that can watch movies while studying. I wish I could do that! I'd get too drawn in to the movie and would probably not retain everything if I had to be tested over it the next day.
