Today was my first week weigh in at weight watchers and I lost 2.6 lbs! That weighs me in at 135.8! yay! I am very happy because I've always thought to lose weight, you have to eat basically NOTHING. well on weight watchers, you can eat what you want (for the most part) in moderation...that way you dont feel deprived. I'm so over the yo yo dieting
