I've only heard of such products, however RIM BlackBerry Screen Reader and Code Factory Oratio might be worth investigating. Before accepting such a device, consider if you want your employer to be contacting you outside of work hours. Need to draw the line somewhere and personally I don't want my boss expecting me to answer to him on my day off.
This is RIM's hometown, and I don't know of anyone who's successfully used either screen-reader, despite my efforts to find any sort of first-hand testamonial. Which probably means that neither product is terribly good.
I don't have a real choice in the matter -- I'm at the point where if I want to move up in the organization, I need to start being the person *sending* those obnoxious emails to people who should be off, or playing with their kids.
Ah well in that case you might be able to convince them to embrace alternative smartphone platforms that are more accessible :) Good luck, hope you can find a solution!
I made this post prior tot he release of the Q10 and Z10. I ended up getting a landline (and am now the only person in my office with a landline), and avoiding the issue altogether. I'm happy, and while I think some of my colleagues are a bit amused by my approach, I don't feel like there have been any negative consequences for my work or career.
