When did you first hear Blindside and what was your first impression?
My sister randomly bought Silence and I put it on repeat as I was playing video games not expecting to be blown away after playing for a few hours and beating level 12 haha just kidding...but seriously I think I beat level 12...
What is your favourite song and why?
When I Remember. It's just so beautiful, listening to it makes me feel close to God.
Do you have a favourite album?
Silence. I can listen to this whole album every day and not get tired of it. It's like if I ever have trouble deciding on an album or artist to listen too I can take it safe and listen to Silence.
Are there any of their songs that have personal meaning to you (make you cry/laugh)?
Silence, makes me cry. It gives meaning to the stars, air, color, tastes and as I take it all in I feel loved.
Have you seen them live / met them?
Yes, got their autographs twice, took a picture with them and Christian liked my home made Blindside shirt my friend made for me.
Do you have any Blindside merchandise?
All the CD's, The "When I Remember" t-shirt, a few posters and a patch. I think I got a sticker or two haha
Would you get a Blindside tattoo?
I debated it, I'm a fan of Christian's drawings so if he draws something really cool and it strikes me the right way why not?
Any interesting stories you'd like to share involving Blindside? One of my best friends, Josh and I once took 7 buses, and basically walked the length of Lake Michigan to go to a Safeway to buy our first Blindside tickets. Later we found that there's a closer Safeway that had them only about 2 miles away! that would have taken us one bus. HOWEVER we found the most awesome Burrito shop.
