SOTU/Drop meme
Still on hiatus until next weekend, although I may bend it slightly for Naked Day antics. Clearly, this is the best time to do my first State of the Union and drop meme, to get my thoughts in order before I come off hiatus 8D;
Hisoka:
IC: ...COULD BE BETTER, COULD BE WORSE. After being here for 4+ years, he's pretty much used to camp and sort of likes it better than home. Plus, he's engaged to Tsuzuki. The worse side is, obviously, Muraki being here--even though Hisoka's doing a lot better about that now that it's been months, and he's no longer at the same level of rage/hate/fear/frustration/etc that he was for a while after Muraki got here. (I was going to mini-essay about this a few months ago when it was more relevant but I got lazy. I STILL LOVE YOU, GURE :B)
OOC: Hisoka is still one of my babies, and I'm pretty comfortable playing him when I do. I should probably have him get new CR/strengthen old relationships when I have more time, though.
Likelihood of dropping: Low! Possibly not the lowest anymore, but we'd have to see.
But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: If Tsuzuki dropped, pretty darn high, unless I'd just trimmed my line-up and/or got a lot more time to play out the aftermath (and assuming most of his other CR/castmates didn't drop too).
Post-hiatus plans: Probably canon review, meet new people, do that heatstroke post sometime in the summer, let Gure do horrible things if she wants, actually do an onscreen lesson with Oriya, OTHER STUFF I CAN'T REMEMBER.

IC: Pretty grumpyzen, for him. Aside from Mytho occasionally saying unintentionally horrible things, his days are pretty routine.
OOC: UH I NEED TO PLAY HIM MORE so I feel less bad about squatting. His grumpyzen sometimes requires me to be in a certain mood to think about throwing him out versus other characters, so :'< I still love him, though.
Likelihood of dropping: Second-highest, but that only means that if I had to drop half my line-up tomorrow he'd be second to go.
But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: If both Ahiru and Mytho dropped, he'd be gone like a shot (I LOVE RUE but if it was just the two of them in camp I don't think things would go well); if just one dropped, I might keep him.
Post-hiatus plans: Re-marathon canon ♥, thread more with the Pretear cast, find more people to top him/make his life suck, possibly finally remember to figure out a way to do things with his writing power in camp.

IC: She's trucking along--she still misses Hajime-chan something fierce, but she can deal with it. She probably bakes a lot to keep herself busy when she isn't working in the Mess Hall, though.
OOC: I'm pretty comfy with her, though a lot of her CR has fallen by the wayside because of drops and my failure. Some of her playtime overlaps with some of my other characters' though, oops.
Likelihood of dropping: Fairly low, since she's easier to throw into a variety of things if I need to.
But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: HER PARTNER ISN'T HERE :( Also she would be better suited to most/all of her castmates dropping than someone like Hisoka, since she's friendlier and marginally less co-dependent.

IC: All the +Anima gang is here,, stuff is free, and people here don't discriminate against +Anima. If he knew his mother was okay, he'd be pretty darn peachy.

IC: HE'S GOOD, but then again, when is he not? Misses Lloyd and the other party members who aren't here, but ToS2 has shown us that they're fine with doing separate things (the one-day vacation also helped).

IC: She's okay! Her update a while ago and the maze incident after that have made her feel somewhat guilty about Esther and sad about not seeing her family again, but she can handle it.
OOC: I need to play her more because I love her, but like Wakaba, her headspace overlaps a bit with some others.

But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: UH I guess if Esther dropped I would seriously consider it.
Post-hiatus plans: Canon review to make myself sad, thread more with Esther, do dramatic things with Seth, continue contributing to Abel's aneurysm by threading with Isaak, meet new people (especially other vampires), just get her out more.

IC: AS ZEN...AS SHE GETS...? She's mostly resigned herself to waiting until Denliner magically fixes itself or Owner finally comes to see what the hell they're doing with his train.
OOC: SOB. I've never been fully comfortable with Hana's voice, especially in more "normal" situations, which makes it hard to thread a lot. And then I feel bad for mostly threading with castmates and it spirals from there. Also I have no idea what Toei is even doing anymore.
Likelihood of dropping: HIGHEST :( I'm going to try to do more with her after I get off hiatus, but her account expires in mid-June so I will probably make a decision before then.

IC: O...KAY. Layfon is here and her stupid brother isn't, but then again neither is the rest of the platoon, and even though she can do almost anything she wants here, she feels a bit...useless because there aren't any filth monster-level threats.
OOC: Felli is a lovely unique spot in my line-up, even if I occasionally feel bad for inflicting her social fail on people. Also I feel more comfortable with somewhat-backburnering her because it's basically canon.
Likelihood of dropping: Third-highest if I had to drop most of my cast--she's fun to play, but not necessary. Also, pretty backburnery.
But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: I would drop her if Layfon dropped :B;

IC: Camp is super new and exciting, and now that Kururu is here to assuage her co-dependency, she's just terrific.
OOC: I LOVE OUKA 8D I sometimes go "oh god I'm doing it wrong" but she's so fun.
Likelihood of dropping: Barring the most horrible jossing from canon, pretty darn low.
But what if their partner dropped, what then?!: UH WELL I played her without Kururu for a while, but if Kururu actually left it would be hard. She'd probably be okay as long as there were other people she knew and liked, but :(
Post-hiatus plans: Finish coloring her icons, do stuff with Kururu kyaa, urban dictionary post?!, find trashy romance novels and give Hakuren a heart attack, Disney movie night with Shuri (and the rest of the churchshack), talk more to people she's met/meet new ones, ahh I love her ♥

SOB LIFE. I feel so bad for being so scarce and flaky for the past...uh, probably year, I can't remember anymore. SORRY GUYS D: I'm going to try to get better about that once I get off full hiatus, although it might take a while.
