I find myself constantly waiting for something to happen. For this nightmare to end.

It is... hard to remember that it will not. It is not coming to any climax; this is simply the way of things now.

It's only a nightmare until you wake up. For you, there might not be a noticeable difference, but there's still significance there. The person that stole your eyes from you; stop thinking about him. He's only ever given you misery.

He's the one that you separated from Konoha for. You're in the village now, but you're not really here. All you still seem to think about is your brother and life outside the village. I understand he was probably the first person you ever created a bond with and so, the most important person to you, even now.

Sasuke, live for yourself for now. I'm sure there are a few that would wish to see you well. The ones that would look down on you aren't important. It's the ones that care about you that you should be trying to better yourself for.

A person can't change or improve unless they want to.

How many times do I have to say it? I'm not here because I want to be. I left this village behind for a reason. There is no one here who means anything to me.

The only change I would wish for in myself is permanently out of reach now.

You can shape your own destiny and bring forth your own choices. It doesn't come to you I guess. You walk towards it. We all know what happened when you picked one direction. Try the opposite next time. It works.
