My chest rises and falls quickly with my heavy breathing. I cant believe my ears. Stabbing my hears with pencils would be nice so i could only hear the pulsing of my heart while blood runs from my ears. Sometimes u make me feel so stupid. I feel useless anyhow.  I feel like i have waisted all that i worked so hard for in school to just give up.

i like you athena, i care about you. you don't have horrible people skills, but sometime we should talk about who does... it isn't you.

if you died, of course i'd care. but you're not allowed to do that, okay? when you're thinking about all that you've been through, remember the important part, that you've MADE IT AND YOU'RE STILL ALIVE. that's something to be proud of, and even if it doesn't seem like anyone else notices, i DO and i'm proud of you.
