Ben was on his way back to his room.

He poked his head into the open doorway and stared for a few seconds before finally asking, "Um. What are you doing?"

She looked up brightly from the tangle of blankets. "Attempting to make a fort," Viki said easily. "It goes not so well, but I do not mind the challenge."

"Blankets are notorious for not wanting to stand up," Ben teased. "That's why most forts use stone and metal."

It was funny enough. She laughed.

"I do know," she admitted, then added impishly, "But stone and metal would only serve to break my bed."

Hurley found himself wandering down to the room of that girl he'd talked to last week. She seemed cool and stuff.

He peered into the open door.

"Uhhhh, hello?"
