i closed membership. please quit asking why you were declined. this community is not active right now. if people decide they want to make again, i'll open it up, but for now it's closed. there has been only 2 posts in the past two months. i haven't been wanting to make blinkies in a very long time. no hard feelings. i guess i just got over it.
