just wanted to let you all know i`ve arrived here in madrid (as you can tell from the funny ´ marks) and am safe and sound. (exHAUSted, but okay.) i can´t wait for one of those siesta thingies...

I hope you stay safe over there. Can I give you some tips?
1.) Label everything, including your underwear
2.) Make sure you wear underwear.
3.) Note: If you are a approached by anyone who don't feel comfortable with, start waving your arms and quack like a duck. There are sure to turn around and walk the other way.
4.) Yes, the shrimp have eyes. No, you're not suppose to eat them. :)

we had paella as a group the first day and lo and behold, crawfish and shrimp. with eyes. and antennas. ew.
no beer vending machines yet, but i´ll be on the lookout.
