As the bullet is dissolved, the Jedi has nothing to deflect back at the gunman.
Would this battle end in a stalemate?
Obviously it would come to close combat, but the question is, would the Jedi be able to get close enough to use his lightsaber on the gunman, or would he be too busy deflecting bullets?
For the purpose of this exercise, the gun never runs out of ammunition and never needs reloading, much like an NES Zapper.
