So a lot has happened in the last few weeks. I moved, and will be moving again next weekend. Met a guy, dated him for about a week, ended that, and now am single again, which at this point I much prefer (with 2 exceptions

I'm not really sure if you should be caring about his girlfriend or not. I guess it depends on how "good" of a person you think she is. Good people don't deserve to be treated shittily.
Either way, if you're looking for random, meaningless sex, I think your ex is probably the worst place to go for it. Whether you realize it or not, it'll always make you vulnerable to more of his bullshit.
Stop fucking the ex. It'll open the door to the possiblity of getting together again and opening up all the freshly laid bullshit you just put to rest by breaking up.

Don't feel bad for him. He's obviously not feeling bad for you when he comes over for his fun and letting you guilt trip over it. Or when his interactions with you slow you from moving on to finding a new relationship, or feeling the closure you probably need.
