Frustration
I am three weeks away from graduating high school, but I already feel like I'm losing my best friend. The contemplative nature of idle youth
I think I feel incomplete. And it's not the usual "I don't have a boyfriend" incomplete feeling-it's worse. Am I a freak of nature for being excited
about going back to school? Because I kinda feel like it. But, it's my senior year of high school and I've been stuck at home all summer and I'm ready to get out of the house. Why does my throat have to ruin everything?
6 years ago, on the very day of the 6th grade only school dance, only hours before the dance was to begin, I was facedown on the cafeteria table, had a fever of who knows what and could barely swallow air.
