but I just don't get the buzz over Twitter...its like me tweeting over there.."hey I'm about to post something really great to my journal you should check it out"..seems silly and a little arrogant to me.

Well I'm pretty young (although you could argue that I have never been "hip" or "cool") and I really don't get Twitter either. I think you have to have a certain type of personality to be into something like Twitter. It just seems really stupid to me. I suppose that it makes everyone feel like they are being heard and/or famous by having people subscribed to them. I'm not entirely sure how to word this. I would agree that it does seem silly and slightly arrogant. I hope this ramble made a bit of sense...

I don't use it. And I'm pretty much refusing to. If anything, I use plurk, and even then, not much. But with twitter, it's like, all these 'famous' people, are they just ASKING to be stalked?!
