I finally emailed the boy back today and my parents are taking an unnatural interest in this breakup. They kept asking if we'd communicated and when I told them I'd emailed him back they suddenly became SUPER SUPPORTIVE!

Kept keeping me from the lappy as if I where looking for a reply.

*sigh*

I do have other shit to do you know.

Anyhows, Questionable Material, like most web comics, is like a viral disease. I've caught it and now I'm passing it on to you my dear.

I hate to take advantage of the situation but I've got ben n jerry's coming outa my nose right now

attempting to control the situation = not so good

As much as I love that they're there for me, I'd really rather not hear the story of that girl my dad broke up with when he was 20 AGAIN, or have them try to manage my love life because they know so much better in their 30 year marriage or constant bickering. Maybe thats unfair to them, but condescension is SO not what I need right now.
