TDK, moving forward
Aside from all discussion on which classic bad guys will turn up next, I'd like your opinion on introducing a Robin.
If you love the bat family as much I do then there is no question in the matter. Bats needs his Robin. At the very least.
The apparent desertion of Bats by Lucius leaves a big wide accessory to vigilante crime position open.
I don't know if they'll go there. I do know that if they do they can't move too far away from the canon origin stories.
Dick's has been done and done. Plus I don't think it would be a good fit for the tone of the films thus far. Jason's could work well, and possibly fit in with 'this film's villain' whoever that might be, if they play around a little.
I'm gunning for Tim (because I adore him) who's origin could also fit the films.
The main issue being that the general public know Dick. A few may know Tim. Who the fuck knows Jason?
J would work soooo well (despite my Tim-loyalty) but would they discount him out of hand because everyone was expecting the circus boy, who's story was VERY BADLY told to mainstream audiences in Batman Forever (I think)?
