And Jerry Lewis gets the lifetime achievement award. How many times is he going to be bleeped out?

If I'm not mistaken, Jerry's receiving the Jean Herscholt Humanitarian Award (so, it's for his fundraising work). As far as I'm concerned, the guy deserves an Academy Award for his career achievements, but sadly this isn't it, and he probably won't get one now.
