Indeed. Yummy! Though much like quail, I prefer rabbit as one of the bites on a tasting menu or at a churrascaria because all of those little tiny bones make it an awful lot of work to eat as an entree. :)

There weren't a lot of bones, the one and only time I cooked rabbit. But then we only used the loin and the hind legs. There were a lot of jokes, however, that we were actually cooking cat...
