of Steel Magnolias and Bad Girls

Mortgaged and I were discussing movies today and how, in general, we don't do well with sad scenes anymore, even if the movie is excellent. Neither of us could really make it through Up in the Air for example. It seems like a great movie but the very realistic lay off scenes and the views of stacks of boxes in empty offices hit a little too close

I can count on one hand the movies that have made me cry... Oddly Steel Magnolias isn't one of them... Although considering that a video game made me cry, over the weekend, I'm not sure I should go testing that theory.

LOL, I love these commercials! Not to sure about the beverage itself, but I think the commercials are hilarious. :)
