They could refurbish the basketball court, and make a football court, and plant a grove of trees for that money. And still buy new books for the library and new games for the common room.

I think it would be good for people to get outside fun, some fresh air and its therapeutic not to be confined in the same place.

I am not so sure about skateboarding, never having tried it, although I used to roller blade and could easily pick it up again. Getting people out of the Center instead of brooding would work wonders, I am sure.

I don't know how willing Tsunade would be for a venture like this. Perhaps she could use the money to send everyone to a park once or a week. Providing she has not already drunk it away of course.
