I was thinking, "They have these things all over the place in America, too, with equally goofy messages; I'm more impressed by all the dinky cars" until it zoomed in close enough that I could actually tell what it was.
The building behind the gate looks like the convention center from Comi-Pa, too, but for all I know they might have buildings looking like that all over Japan (?).
