i've got a rock hard lump the size of a pea on the back/side of my waist. initial thought? pimple of some variation.

i dont mean to scare you, but hard lumps are the bad kind :/ is it hard and round or does it seem to be attached to the underlying tissue? it could also be a blocked sebum gland or something too
