[Blitz doesn't recognise the voice but he's glad that so far it seems people know Kras. That means he can't be too far gone from home, right.]

That seems to be the norm around here. It's a shame, Kras is a thing of beauty. There's really no place like it.

GT Blitz is the name, and I'm the Kras City Racing Commissioner. I've been made to understand that there's some sort of continuity issues in this place, so trust me when I say we know each other. You developed quite the reputation as a ruthless driver in Kras.
