my house was just sold. argh. i dont know if this means i have to move yet, and i guess i will learn more from my new landlord. in a way it's a good thing. my current landlord pisses me off by stopping by unannounced every couple of weeks. he just pops by and rings the doorbell and tells me some minor detail about the house that he could have
