The caption actually says "influenced by the manga-turned-movie NANA" blah blah lolz
Hey! I'm not going to Kangai, boo! Do you know if Gakugei is good at all? It seems alright but I don't know how I'll cope with everything being in Japanese. I'm thinking about doing some gaijingaijin course just so that I won't fail everything miserably, haha.

Hello Nana, yes I've read in your previous post that you're not going to Kansai Gaidai anymore, I was looking forward to meeting you there! Oh well it's ok, I hope you love Gakugei. I've never heard of it though, are all the classes in Japanese? I think you'll do fine in Japan, your Japanese is very good :D

I'm in love with the 70s pleat dress, even the big hair is cute (although heaven forbid not permed!), and the cute boot wedges. The 80s boy with the glasses looks like Bernard did in the 80s... hang on, he still looks like that! Swoonorama.

1910, 1920 and 1940 kind of remind me of my grandmother. and i remember i went to japan around the time those *really* artificially tanned girls were all over the place and they scared the bejesus out of me. specially their WHITE make up...

Hello, I just sent you a letter a million weeks after I said that I would and I think it's probably embarrassing and messy and rambling (I really hate re-reading things) but I hope it gets to you soon and that it makes sense, sort of.

I like the 1910 brown/orange dress with cloche hat outfit, and also the 1970's pleat dress too (although I'd look like some sort of demented bag lady in a ill-fitting mumu if I wore something like that, unfortunately). The hair is kind of Princess Leia Poodle?
