I am a "bloke," but I don't date women. Are you a woman? I don't know the Pros group very well yet. I was recently introduced to the show and fanfic by someone I met while discussing an original fic - faramir_boromir.

Ha, interesting fact *G* And yes, I am a woman. I know it's a bit weird sometimes not knowing whom you're actually talking too. But you'll find out the most important things after some time so don't worry.

My answer to the dating question was the standard one as almost all peeps on my f-list are female. Which doesn't mean you're less welcome *G*

I'm enjoying getting to know all of the Pros folks I've "friended" - I just read things you guys write in the LJs, and add people who sound interesting.

I want to post about my thoughts on the Pros fanfic (I love it! some really well written things there), but have been insanely busy at work, and dont' know that I'll have time until maybe the Thanksgiving holiday). One thing I'm interested in is where people who are writing and reading the fanfic live - the US or the UK. (I also want to know where to get more cool Pros icons).

Oh yeah, and I've never seen the show (had never even heard of it, actually), but have the address to order it. I like the characters that much! And I'm enjoying the British slang and reading about the music and hair and clothes and attitudes of the 1970s. It's totally educational!

Wow, when you post a meme, you post a MEME. So, without any smart remarks about being unfriended, here goes:

Poorly. I can order out with the best of them, though.

2.) What was your dream growing up?

I wanted to be a movie star and have everybody love and envy me. Fortunately, the Disney Channel didn't exist at the time.

3.) What talent do you wish you had?

I wish I could sing.

4.) If I bought you a drink what would it be?

Beer.

5.) Favorite vegetable?

Just picked green beans.

6.) What was the last book you read?

"The Last Chinese Chef" by Nicole Mones. A birthday present from a dear friend who knows me and my tastes very well.

I was thinking more along the lines of, Cat has a very good opinion of himself, and he would never partner with anyone unless that person were at least Cat's equal (in Cat's opinion) or - preferably - his superior. So, being the impressionable sort that I am and taking you at your own estimation, I want to meet the guy whom you think superior to yourself.

I found that reminding Walter frequently of my stellar qualities was good strategy. When he seemed unconvinced, I found that a reminder of my 'high entertainment value' always worked.
