My response has always been that my main interests are political and legal issues. There are already many excellent political blogs, and I doubt I could add much that hasn't already been said, and said ( Read more... )

Thanks, Mnyclp - and sorry I've taken so long to respond. (I've been informed that not responding to people who post in my LJ is rude! Sorry about that!)

Hey Fansee. Yeah, I don't know why yahoo garbles my posts so badly. They LOOK perfectly fine when I send them, but they always end up with the formatting all messed up.

Glad you enjoyed this - I just hope that we can keep the Senate. I'm worried about the Senator Tim Johnson from South Dakota. Let's hope he makes a speedy, full recovery.

I am so excited. I strongly recommended The Administration cycle to a friend (http://happier_bunny.livejournal.com), and she LOVED them. A convert! An actual convert. I'm not usually good at convincing people to try new things, so I'm all atwitter.

I'm an agnostic, at best, if not an atheiest, but I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt to say a pray for Senator Johnson's speedy recovery. The thought of Dick Cheney ever having the deciding vote revolts me. FanSee

Awww, I loved that! It kind of made me well up a little. It made me laugh, too.

Thanks for posting! Isn't it nice to have hope for a change?

Yes, but I'm worried right now, after Senator Tim Johnson (D- SD) had brain surgery today. There seems to be a lot of Dem pessimism, but I'm not going to panic yet. But wouldn't hurt to send some good thoughts his way.
