I don't watch the show, but saw this clip. I doubt a kid this age would get a gig in Las Vegas (which is apparently the prize, along with the cash), but still, this was pretty heartwarming, especially his comments before and after his performance.

Ah, thanks for sharing this. I don't watch the show, and I wouldn't have wanted to miss it. Good luck to him. I suspect he'll do well, whether he wins this particular competition or not.

Excellent dancer--and I love how articulate he is about what dancing has meant to his life--I hope he goes far.
