Got it. What are the physical gains from your intensive immersion into this art?
I did Tai Chi for a little and sweated muchly every 2 hour class period.

The gains of Chayon-Ryu are a long list. I get a lot of benefit from being flexible, limber and have developed fast reflexes over the past three years. I'm strong, I have a good stamina, my breathing is developed (dan jon ho hub is our deep breathing technique). I am more focused, more calm. I don't get angry and fly off the handle. I don't twist off on people anymore. I get upset by things that are upsetting, and I usually vent in my journal about it, but I don't feel oppressed by negative feelings constantly, and I don't feel depressed ( ... )
