Umm, dont hurt me, but I have no idea what that is. When it comes to domains, or sites, or storing/hosting anything, or hell even making icons- I know nada. And I always feel like such a dork asking about any of those things, but again, Nada. =)
You can go to www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free account. It gives you a large amount of storage space for pictures, and they're one of the few free sites that still allows hotlinking.
So you can sign up for an account and make a folder for your mood set, then upload from there. Then when you change the LJ code, just put in the Photobucket addy.
