Today I learned that pigeons appear to be incredibly smart.

This is the main one I was reading, but I did a Google search for 'pigeon intelligence' and got a big list of websites I might go through in more detail later. I had no idea, I figured they were the afghan hound of the bird family.

I'm wondering if your average every day mangey pigeon is as intelligent as say homing pigeons, or non-gross pigeons.
