Photos: my trip to the rose garden at Golden Gate Park part one

My visit to the Golden Gate Park Rose Garden with moments of the botanical gardens. The botanical gardens are unspectacular, but relaxing. The rose garden is smaller and less ornate than the Huntingdon's, but very nice and with mostly excellent, healthy demonstration specimens of relatively recent (last 40 years) hybrid tea prize-winners, and a few older specimens as well.
Attack of the killer borage.
"Roy's Rambler" native California rose.
Squirrel in the prehistoric plant garden.
Something being eaten by grasses and blackberries.
They also have an heirloom dahlia garden.
The rose garden itself.
I think that's "Strike It Rich" but I can't remember.
