Does anyone have an insight on the new trend of framing all your wedding photos is BLACK mats? Does anyone get it? I've had a noticeable uptick in people picking matte black for their wedding photos. I know that it's partially people being cheap and picking only one mat (they figure they're safe-- black and white are very easy to match to decor

Yes, but yours was a very special wedding. These are people who would be offended if someone showed up in black. Very traditional and fussy. It's weird. From you guys it would be appropriate.

then i'd say chalk it up to the new spartan "Bare-as-hell looks better" decorating idea. Personally i like alot of furniture decorations and books, but to each their own
