The thing I can't get over is what on earth he thought he was doing. Did he seriously think nobody would find out? He wasn't even bothering to disguise his identity, which makes it seem like he was trying to get caught. Maybe the lack of judgment is a result of the supposed alcoholism, but it's still alarming to think of someone with such impaired decision-making abilities involved in running the country. But wait. Never mind. I'd forgotten that impaired decision-making abilities are now a prerequisite for participation in government.
