Straight off of the Notre Dame website: The decision has been made to eliminate skirts for the 2006-2007 school year. For the remainder of this year, any girl whose skirt is deemed too short will forfeit her right to wear her skirt for the rest of this school year. It is highly suggested that you have pants/shorts available to wear.
