rob burned my copy of Funeral...even though he keeps saying he doesn't like The Arcade Fire. we'll get him yet.

i don't have Want Two. i don't even have Want One. i'm such a bad person. but i DO have C'mon Miracle...it's very good.

indeed, good list.

good lists you got there. some more that i liked; diplo-florida, black keys-rubber factory, eagles of death metal-peace love and death metal, death from above 1979-your a woman i'm a machine, etc. for some reason i thought of the new dillinger escape plan album when i read your 'biggest disappointments'.

i just grabbed the new daft punk, chemical brothers, turbotito, and finally the mia/diplo album, and listened to 'raiding the 20th century: the (expanded) history of cut-up music' ( http://www.boomselection.info/ )... so 2005 is gonna be an interesting year.

Oh, and I found your lj through julia's, and thought I'd drop you this comment due to my severe boredom. and because Watchmen is awesome, and your watchmen avatar controlled my mind and made me post this.

the only art classes I've taken here have been a non-credit dark-room class and a 'photography for non-majors' course that was ridiculously simple. for some reason I have a degree in biology and a bunch of minors in science and business instead of something enjoyable.

oh, and my girlfriend bought me the mastodon cd/dvd when she was in louisville over the weekend, another rocking 2004 album. the coolest cd artwork I've seen in a while.
