Hey 'Shell...yep it's me...that person who stopped in unexpectantly at work last November to say hello and tell you that I was now living in Calgary. Where have I been? I dunno to be honest...I will say that I've never stopped reading your journal from the first entry to the last. I think that my problem is that I didn't know how to deal with what you were going through these past months...so I ran...what else can I say other than I'm not a good person to turn to. I can listen...I can talk...about stuff I know about. I didn't know what you were going through, perhaps I should have taken the time to find out...I'm sorry.

HI jeff, i don't really know what to say, but that kinda hurts to know you dodged the ball with me. When things get tough friends are supposed to be there for support.

I know what i was going through was NUTS and i didn't expect anyone to understand it, cause well, i couldn't myself.

But i am better now, things are great, and i would love it if you don't dodge out completely as i do still ahve alot of respect for you! and i do care alot about you
