I like to think I was being friendly enough to counter the stereotypes that we're just a gang starting fights for fun, but dammit, I wouldn't care as much if we had actually tried! I'm a part of us, yes, but unlike you I like being liked~! I want to have fun, Hiroshi, not whatever the hell this is with people whining and taking it all personally like it's our fault they can't control themselves~!

If it helps, I don't think you're a bully. If my boyfriend got hit, I'd be in there fighting tooth and nail. Same for Akira or Tachibana-san. I just don't want to get pulled into a conflict that isn't mine, by either side. It's not you, or Higa, it's having been in more than enough fights of my own making that I really don't want to look for any that I can justify avoiding.

That is good to hear.

I think the problem is, though, that people will feel involved anyway. Roommates, friends, signifigant others...it's all tied together, and it can be incredibly annoying, but it happens, and really, I think everyone needs to butt out of it because it's none of our business.
