Wow, seems like forever since I posted.... so all the rumors of my demise have been sorely overstated. Just over my head with work and family.

Actually, I was on Facebook a lot until about a month or so ago, but for a few reasons I deactivated it - long story. I guess since I made the big decision to go back to school after a few years of unstable and unpleasant jobs, the tentation will distract me much less! Facebook (and other social media by that matter) is so addictive!

Hope all is still going well! :) I for one hand just adopted a kitten a month ago. He gets along with my other cat, actually treats her like his mom. They are so sweet. :)

things here are a bit rough. not sure if you heard about the shooting in the elementary school here in the states. well, that was my state and Newtown is not far away from where i sit
