i am tired. :( earlier today i went to go jogging at the Capitol 10K thing with Mel. woke up early (plus the time chage, i lost like 2 hrs of sleep) then we jogged. we took a loooong time to finish cuz mel hurt her ankle.so now im tired. and sore. after we jogged we went to spagetti warehouse and i had one of the best salads ever! it was delish!
