Another Year, 105 Students....

We have departmentalized so I now teach 6th grade science and social studies. We have three classrooms of 35 students each. I have the beginning ESL students in my homeroom. Maybe you could call them after book characters, or movie characters, or cartoon characters? There are tons of those!

I guess we'll have to go with Chinese characters.

I would disagree with elements, since you have over a hundred students. You're limited to 118 unless you want to invent elements not even predicted and give them "Ununoctium" names. I guess you could pull out a chart of nuclides.

There might be enough nations on the planet to use them. That can get you up to 196 (more or less, depending on how you handle disputed territories).
