Not getting any younger...

Well, I hit 30 this past February, and I've started thinking lately about a lot of things. I'm not sure if hitting 30 prompted me to evaluate my life, or if perhaps other recent things.. who knows, the point is it's got me thinking about where I want to be in my life 5 and 10 years from now

You'll have to teach me some of your budget skills, bud! I need to get good at budgeting, and FAST, as I'm taking a few trips this summer and need to save as much as possible for both of them. Plus, I could just use better money saving skills (some of the things I need to do are obvious, so I think I just need a reminder to quit buying crap) in order to pay off debt (so maybe the trips weren't the smartest ideas)!

I know how you feel in the relationship side of things. We all long to have someone to share our experiences with, and not just another friend to talk to (although, I'm here as your friend if you wanna talk). It's nice to know that someone will be there through everything and won't judge you. I hope you're able to find someone to share life with soon! :)

And your trip sounds like one HELLUVA good time. I just don't see how you can save up that kind of money. I am struggling to get money for a week or 2, but you're trying for over a year-long trip! Wowza! I guess you better bring a lot of ramen with you, eh? ;)
