Mr. Pibb + Cherry Coke + Barq's root beer? That is some kind of special combo, I must say! Its good to hear that John will be back soon. Any idea when he's taking off again? Just remember to enjoy the time you have with him now, it'll be special and when he's back again it'll be special all over again. :)

Yeah, I will definitely treasure the time he's here. He will leave mid-July (I don't know the date...he hasn't told me) to get back to Ft. Jackson and go to Germany from there. If I can't make it to Germany before he deploys, it will probably be almost a year until we see each other again. That is so daunting to think about.

you're strong. you'll be ok. I'm sure you can find a way to get over to Germany before he takes off. Thats a great country and I know you'll have a good time *when* you get there. *HUGS* :)

Thanks - I hope you're right. I hope he ends up not having to go at all (to Iraq), though. That would be amazing.

I still need to get my passport. Yikes.
