so today i went track practice. thankfully i'm not throwing up anymore. anyhoo, heidi and maureen convinced me to try hurdles, so i did. and i was sooo scared that i was gonna trip. we do some drills to warm us up and then we actually do them and guess what--i didn't trip! i didn't even touch the hurdles! i did soo good! at least at the not falling ( Read more... )

erika, you are meant for track. i can just tell. your tall and skinny. i guess is how you say it. lol. good thing of course.

Woohoo!!!! Neither of us tripped. But those drills suck ass. And today when we ran 2,000 yards sprint. Holy shit. Track's taking it's toll on us Erika and it's real scary.:/

and you mackenzie, are made for soccer. you have some of the strongest legs i've ever seen on a 15 year old, lol. like when you served for volleyball. lol. and yeah nick, we didn't trip! well you're really tall and a really good jumper so i wasn't suprised when you didn't fall, but when i made it over, i screamed. lol it was exciting. yeah the drills do suck. and i don't like then 10 200m sprints, but i'd rather do that than the 20 minute run. it is taking it's toll on us...we're gonna get humongo legs. lol. and maureen said our butts are gonna get big. i'm gonna hafta buy all new clothes.:0

But oday on the other hand. When coach told me to kick the hurdle and I ran up, stopped, then fell. AHAHAHAHAHA. That was funny though. But hurt a lil.

oops. I messed up. Instead of oday it's today. and it's supposed to bewhen coach told me to kick the hurdle and I ran up, sotpped, then kicked, then fell.
