I cant believe im actually going to write in this....maybe now shannon can be proud of me :) well today i woke up at 3 wow it felt great. thenn went running...swimming....the great fun things i do in life. and now shannons leaving for maine. tear tear. no shannon for a long time...what to do. no more pot :( haha j/k j/k love ya shan. well christys
